The process extends without interruption through the completion of the Project.
Coordination will involve, at a minimum, bi-weekly contact with the Mr. Connor to review project status,
accomplishments to date, work underway, and scheduled program activity. This level of coordination will
enhance and facilitate delivery of the desired work products on the schedule desired by the City.

3.5 TEAM ApPROACII
Our project staffing approach is team-oriented therefnre it will promote efficiency, establish communication
protocols, and simplify work ellnrts. In essence, we will stay ahead of schedule, conduct regular team
meetings and rcsolve project issues immediately. We will work with our subconsultants to make sure that
they are on schedule and that any project concerns they have are being addressed. Our team's project
manager, Mr. Ochoa, will keep the City abreast of any critical items that may have an effect on the project.

3.6 QUALITY CONTROL
The purpose of a QA/QC plan is to satisfy technical quality in the preparation of contract documents,
thereby eliminating the potential fnr adverse construction schedule, cost impacts and construction errors.
Our QC Plan will describe the method and procedures, by which contract documents are verified,
independently checked, and reviewed. The QA/QC plan will also explain how the checking and review
processes are documented, so that a verifiable record will exist to show that the QA/QC plan was fnllowed.
Our QC plan will dictate who is responsible, will explain how to document, and will clearly schedule QC
prior to all submittals. Befnre each submittal the QA Team audits the Design Team to ensure they have
conducted a thorough QC. Checking shall be considered as the "first line of defense" in the QA/QC
process. This Procedure applies to all documents to be submitted to the City. When a submittal is ready,
the originator must sign and make copies of said plans. These copies are then fnrwarded to the Project
Manager. The Project Manager will coordinate with the QA Manager to assign a checker fnr work that
needs to be checked and maintains a record of all documents that require checking.

Request for Qualifications No. 07-03-01
