Location <br />Berger A vart, Inc. is a local firm with in-house structural, civil and architectural <br />departments with significant experience to provide the necessary professional <br />engineering and architectural services as dictated in your Request for Proposal. <br /> <br />1.3. Team <br />Berger A vart, Inc: Civil, geometry and structural support <br /> <br />Ammann- Whitney: Ammann & Whitney's 60 years of bridge engineering <br />expertise with Berger A vart's local presence will provide a cost-effective, <br />constructible solution. Ammann & Whitney has and is currently performing <br />designs for pedestrian bridges, including a recently won design competition for <br />the new West End Pedestrian Pathway that requires aesthetics approach. <br /> <br />Terracon: Terracon services for this project will consist of providing <br />geotechnical engineering services. Project Understanding <br /> <br />2.1. Existing Condition Roadway <br />The City of Sunny Isles is looking for new connection <br />between the north and south. As of today there is only <br />one continuous thoroughfare road, SR A 1 A which is a <br />major evacuation route. The North end is N. Bay Road. <br />There is existing R/W from 174th street to the seawall.
