Pile location and plumpness; <br />. Ground surface elevation; Pile toe (bottom) depth/elevation; <br />. Pile length; <br />. Auger diameter; <br />. Details of the reinforcing steel (number, size, and grade of longitudinal bars, size and <br />spacing of transverse steel; outside diameter and length of cage); <br />. Flow cone efflux time and volume of grout placed, or slump and volume of concrete <br />placed; <br />. Theoretical volume of excavation (theoretical diameter = diameter of auger); <br />. Depth/Elevation to which reinforcing steel was placed; <br />. Dateffime of beginning of drilling; and completion of drilling; <br />. Dateffime grout was mixed, ready-mix grout truck arrived at project site, and copies <br />of all grout batch tickets used for pile construction; <br />. Dateffime of beginning of grout pumping, completion of grout pumping, and placement of <br />reinforcing steel. <br />. Weather conditions, including air temperature, at time of grout or concrete placement; <br />. Identification of all grout or concrete samples taken from the pile; <br />. Perform one compressive static load test, The testing will be in accordance with ASTM- <br />D1143 standard test loading method and under the direct supervision of licensed <br />Professional Geotechnical Engineer. <br />. Provide a written report by a professional Geotechnical Engineer licensed in the State of <br />Florida, <br /> <br />B. CONSTR VCT/ON MA TERIALS TESTING <br /> <br />1. Concrete <br /> <br />. Engineering technicians at the job site to sample fresh concrete and auger-cast grout. <br />Monitor the air and mix temperature, perform a slump, and air content test, and cast <br />one set of five 6 by 12 inch cylinders per every 50 cubic yards of concrete, <br />. Cure, cap, compressive strength testing and reporting, per cylinder. <br />. Engineering technicians at the job site to pick-up cylinders cast on the previous day. <br /> <br />2. Unit Masonry <br /> <br />. Obtain field samples of mortar, prepare cubes or grout prisms and conduct laboratory <br />compressive strength tests, <br />.
