Record the deep well report and verify the lel1gth of the deep well; <br />. Inspe~t and approve all open infiltration; <br />. Inspect and approve asphalt placement; <br />. Inspect and approve all signings and pavement markings; <br />. Inspect and approve water and sewer connections; <br />. Upon completion of the assigned work the engineer shall complete and sign the <br />appropriate forms certifying that to the best of his knowledge the work is in <br />conformance with the approved plans and specifications, and the applicable <br />workmanship provisions of the code, <br /> <br />G. SCOPE OF WORK FOR CONSTRUCTION MANAGER (optional) <br /> <br />Responsibility of the onsite or of site construction manger: <br /> <br />. Meetings <br />o Arrange, schedule and Conduct the preconstruction meeting, <br />o Schedule and Conduct weekly meeting with the Prime and the subcontraclOrs <br />and professionals if required or requested, <br />o Mon itor the mandatory Weekly Safety meeting, <br />o Verify daily toolbox safety meetings by contractors <br />. Construction manager shall review emergency procedures for proper <br />compliance for jobsite emergel1cies, location of nearest hospital, <br />hurricane lock dowl1, etc, <br />. Construction manager shall request all contractors to submit <br />documentation proving qualification and compliance for all <br />machinery operators, <br /> <br />. Monitor <br />o Review, log, monilOr and track the Requests for Information (RFIs) to make <br />sure that all the RFIs are answered and I and items are closed, <br />o Review, log and monitor the shop drawings to make sure that all the shop <br />drawings are submitted to the professionals, approved and distributed to the <br />contractor in accordance to the contract. <br />o Review and monitor the as built drawings from begin construction to the <br />End. <br />o Make sure that at all times all the Safety issues are being followed and any <br />unsafe issues are resolved by the contractor. <br />o Construction manager is responsible to make sure that contractor is keeping <br />the project clean and safe at all times, <br /> <br />S/8 <br /> <br />6 <br />
