Vera, Acting City Manager <br /> <br />1/20/2011 <br /> <br />Amending Tally Engineering contract for additional inspection services, <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br /> <br />Staff recommends approval of the attached resolution to amend Tally Engineering <br />contract for additional inspection services at Heritage Park. <br /> <br />REASONS: <br /> <br />In 2010 the City hired Tally Engineering to do the threshold inspection and testing <br />services for the parking garage at Heritage Park in the amount of $152,400. <br /> <br />The City modified the park plans for a new park layout and additional amenities such as <br />stage, heritage wall, water feature, Tally Engineering has been performing inspection or <br />testing services for the park area in order for the job to continue, The services that they <br />are performing for the City were never under the threshold inspector service contract. <br />Tally has submitted a quote for the services that they have performed and will be <br />performing for the duration of the project.
