<br />The Marlin Engineering Team is composed of highly specialized Task Managers and a Project Manager.
<br />For example, our Highway Design Department is led by Edwin F. Mojena who is the proposed Project
<br />Manager. Mr. Mojena has over 14 years of design in transportation related projects as well as project
<br />management experience. He has a staff of ten designers, three of which are licensed Professional
<br />Engineers with design, management experience as well as drainage design experience. Our structural
<br />subconsultant, Beiswenger Hoch and Associates is led by Manuel Sanchez, P.E.., who has over 34 years
<br />of experience performing structural design projects. Drew Campbell of Milian Swain and Associates will be
<br />the lead Environmental Scientist conducting all environmental permits and main point of contact with all
<br />permitting agencies. We have developed the following table which addresses the requirements of the RFP
<br />for the key personnel assigned to this project. This team will be led by Ramon Soria, P.E. whom has 23
<br />years of management experience on projects ranging from Traffic Calming to complex urban
<br />reconstruction. As Project Manager and President, Mr. Soria will ensure that all the resources are
<br />available and that this project is performed to the complete satisfaction of the City of Sunny Isles Beach.

<br />Mr. Soria serves as Principal-In-Charge of all projects for marlin Engineering. He has also
<br />managed a number of projects such as NW 25 Street PD&E Study, and numerous pedestrian
<br />projects in the Keys and Miami.
<br />Responsible for overseeing the development and progress of plans production and CADD
<br />personnel activities. Edwin has performed as Deputy Project Manager on Project Development &
<br />Environmental (PD&E) studies for FDOT. Mr. Mojena is certified by FDOT as TCP engineer.

<br />Mr. Sanchez has served as a valuable member of the structural team, responsible for project

<br />guidance of major bridges and interchanges.
<br />Dr. Sadough is experienced in both preliminary and final design of a variety of minor bridges and
<br />structures utilizing precast segmental and structural steel (Steel Plate Girders and Steel Box
<br />Girders).
<br />Mr. Dagly has 40 years of structural design experience related to minor bridges and structures
<br />utilizing precast segmental and structural steel (Steel Plate Girders and Steel Box Girders) and mass
<br />transit structures.
<br />Mr. Perez was the Segmental Specialist on the Port of Miami high-level bridge project. He also
<br />served as the project manager and author of "Inspection and Maintenance Manual" for precast
<br />segmental bridges, which was prepared for the Florida Department of Transportation.
<br />Mr. Amaya has served as a valuable member of the design team on numerous minor structures
<br />and major bridge assignments utilizing precast segmental and structural steel (Steel Plate Girders
<br />and Steel Box Girders).

<br />Permitting, Bidding and Construction Phases of private and Public Sector projects in South
<br />Florida.
<br />Mr. Campbell has participated in many research oriented projects; specializing in those relating to
<br />stormwater treatment, chemical treatment, best management practices, and wetland
<br />biogeochemistry in order to reach interim Everglades Forever Act's Phase II water quality goals,
<br />and Long-term Water Quality Goals outlined in the District's Conceptual Plan (Long-Term Plan).
<br />Mr. Krishnasamy was a Project Manager for a $1.2 billion multimedia super corridor project that
<br />included universities, commercial buildings, and residential roadways. He was also Principal
<br />Geotechnical Engineer for a $780 million elevated highway, where he established Rock Founding
<br />Rationale for deep foundation systems.
<br />Mr. Quevedo has over 27 years of experience in the construction engineering, inspection (CE&I)
<br />and project manaqement for Roadways, Utilities/Infrastructures and Bridge proiects.
