<br />Mr. Soria is the President of Marlin Engineering, Inc. His corporate responsibilities include the management
<br />of Marlin Engineering, Inc., overall production, and administrative services. Mr. Soria also coordinates the
<br />firm's efforts in providing professional services to all areas of expertise with respect to interdepartmental,
<br />regulatory agencies and clients' relationship.

<br />Relevant Projects: The Projects listed below are the most relevant; however, Mr. Soria has been involved in
<br />many other projects as either Principal-in-Charge or Project Manager.

<br />NW 25th Street PD&E, FDOT District Six, Miami, Florida (2000 - 2006). As Project Manager and Principal-
<br />in-Charge, Mr. Soria was responsible for the Project Development and Environmental Study of this principal
<br />arterial servicing Miami International Airport cargo facilities. Apart from the normal technical activities
<br />associated with the study such as, preparing corridor studies, traffic reports, master plans, engineering
<br />reports, and preliminary alignment design, Mr. Soria also directed public workshops and other numerous

<br />Coral Gables Traffic Calming, Coral Gables, Florida (1998 - Present). As the Project manager for this
<br />Citywide Traffic Calming Project, Mr. Soria organized numerous Public Meetings in which he spoke to
<br />hundreds of residents to be able to better analyze existing problems on city streets. He oversaw the
<br />development of the data collection, analysis and recommendations to improve liability conditions within the
<br />city. Mr. Soria was able to bring a community together with respect to traffic issues and how to mitigate them.

<br />Public Transportation Consultant - Rail, FDOT District Six, Miami, Florida (1998 - Present). Mr. Soria
<br />was Principal-in-Charge and Project Manager. Mr. Soria was the point of contact for the Department and
<br />Marlin Engineering, Inc. This Project was composed of the development of numerous work orders such as,
<br />traffic control plans for surface crossing rehabilitation, RHCI, preparing diagnostic sketches, inspecting park
<br />and ride lost, performing closure studies, and other miscellaneous tasks associated with the PTO office.
