<br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />EJCDC <br />STANDARD FORM OF AGREEMENT <br />BETWEEN OWNER AND CONTRACTOR <br />ON THE BASIS OF A STIPULATED PRICE <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />THIS AGREEMENT is dated as of the <br />between CITY OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH <br />(hereinafter called CONTRACTOR). <br /> <br />day of in the year 20_ by and <br />(hereinafter called OWNER) and <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />OWNER and CONTRACTOR, in consideration of the mutual covenants hereinafter set forth, agree as <br />follows: <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />Article 1. WORK. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />CONTRACTOR shall complete all Work as specified or indicated in the Contract Documents. The <br />Work is generally described as follows: <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />Reconstruction of the Eastbound State Road 826 / Sunny Isles Boulevard from Intracoastal bridge <br />(Mile Post 5.401) to State Road A 1 A / Collins Avenue (Mile Post 5.99) in Sunny Isles Beach, Florida. <br />The improvements include the reduction of the pavement width from the existing five (5) lanes to <br />four (4) lanes by reconstructing and widening the sidewalk. The remaining asphalt pavement will be <br />milled and resurfaced and restriped with new pavement markings. Signing will also be upgraded <br />throughout the project. Other improvements include upgrading the signal for the mid-block pedestrian <br />crossing with a new mast arm and upgrading the existing street lighting with decorative lights. <br />Further improvements include streetscape and landscape enhancements within the new pavers on <br />the sidewalks. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />Article 2.
