PARTNERS, SUPERVISORY STAFF QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE (Col/til/I/cd) <br /> <br />QUALITY AND EXPERIENCE OF FIRM'S ASSIGNED AUDITING PERSONNEL <br /> <br />Enqaqement Partner - "KEY" MEMBER <br /> <br />The engagement will be under the direct supervision of a Partner. The Engagement Partner has <br />direct responsibility for engagement policy, direction, supervision, quality control, security and <br />communication with City personnel. The Engagement Partner will be responsible for the quality <br />control, supervision and confidentiality of information of the engagement and will participate <br />extensively during the various stages of the engagement, via: <br /> <br />[{] directing the development of the overall audit approach and plan; <br />[{] performing an overriding review of work papers; <br />[{] resolving technical accounting and reporting issues; <br />[{] reviewing, approving and signing reports, management letters, and other audit engagement <br />products; <br />[{] supervising staff; and <br />[{] responding to telephone calls and specific inquiries on a day-to-day basis as primary point of <br />contact. <br /> <br />PABLO LLERENA, CPA will be the Engagement Partner and a designated Engagement <br />"KEY" MEMBER. Mr. Llerena has extensive experience in governmental audits, and has <br />performed them for the last 25 years. He will devote a substantial part of his time to the <br />completion of the work. <br /> <br />Concurrinq Review & Advisorv Partner <br /> <br />A Concurring Review and Advisory Partner will assist the Engagement Partner and be available <br />as a sounding board to advise in those areas where problems are encountered. He will perform a <br />second review of all reports to be issued by BKR Garcia, and will also be available in those <br />instances in which the Engagement Partner is not available. <br /> <br />MANUEL M. GARCIA, CPA will be the Concurring Review and Advisory Partner. Mr. <br />Garcia has been involved in performing governmental audits for 25 years, and is the Concurring <br />Review and Advisory Partner of all the governmental and non-profit audits of the firm. <br /> <br />J~R~~.:~ <br /> <br />12 <br />
