Nestor's leadership, technical knowledge and <br />professionalism resulted in the smooth and efficient completion of a fairly <br />complex audit. <br /> <br />As Audit Manager for Grau & Company, Nestor did excellent work during <br />the financial audits of the Town of Miami Lakes for the last three fiscal <br />years. This inchided dealing with transitional issues for what was then the <br />newest incorporated municipality in Miami-Dade County, and the early <br />adoption of GASB 34. <br /> <br />Nestor is always responsive to the client's needs and provides practical <br />solutions to the issues at hand. In addition to his experience and professional <br />qualifications, Nestor brings to the table good communication skills, a <br />positive attitude and the willingness to help and provide advice. <br /> <br />
