The work location is in the City of Sunny Isles Beach at N.E. 172nd Street. <br /> <br />1.04 <br /> <br />DESCRIPTION OF WORK <br /> <br />A. 172nd Street Roadway Improvements consisting of the reconstruction of N.E. <br />172nd Street including: paving, grading, drainage, lighting improvements, traffic <br />separators, sidewalks, and landscaping. <br /> <br />1.05 <br /> <br />WORK SEQUENCE <br /> <br />A. Construct work in stages to accommodate Owner's occupancy requirements <br />during the construction period, coordinate construction schedule and operations <br />with Owner. <br /> <br />B.
