<br />Schwebke-Shiskin & Associates, Inc. is a multi-faceted company offering complete services in
<br />Land Surveying, Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering and Land Planning. Founded in
<br />1947 the firm has grown from 5 employees in one office to 45 employees situated in two offices,
<br />which are located in Miami and Miramar, Florida. The firm now provides a complete spectrum of
<br />professional services to developers, individual land owners, and governmental agencies alike.
<br />The firm has responded to new and complex demands imposed by Florida's Growth
<br />Management Regulations. Storm Water Management and Wet Land Mitigation are just a few
<br />areas in which Schwebke-Shiskin has developed additional expertise to meet today's expanding
<br />regulatory requirements.

<br />F.R. Aleman and Associates, Inc. (FRA) was established in January 1987. Over the years, FRA
<br />has developed into a well-respected, highly technological private consulting engineering and
<br />surveying firm dedicated to providing professional services and solutions to numerous
<br />governmental and private agencies. One of FRA's specialties remains in UTILITIES! FRA has
<br />worked with various FDOT Districts, Municipalities, Cities and Counties throughout the State in
<br />locating over 150,000 testholes and designating over 100,000 linear feet of underground
<br />utilities. FRA uses cutting edge technologies whenever applicable, such as Ground Penetrating
<br />Radar (GPR). All of this and FRA's track record remains claim free! FRA currently holds 3
<br />Districtwide Subsurface Utility Engineering Contracts with FDOT.

<br />ECS-Florida, LLC (ECS) and parent company Engineering Consulting Services, Ltd. are diverse
<br />consulting firms specializing in the related fields of geotechnical, environmental, and
<br />construction materials engineering. The firm was founded in 1987 and employs a staff of more
<br />than 1,200 people, including registered professional engineers and geologists, certified
<br />laboratory technicians and construction inspectors, field engineers, computer specialists and
<br />support personnel. ECS operates 35 offices in 10 states, including Florida offices located in
<br />Orlando and West Palm Beach. Their Geotechnical Group performs subsurface explorations with
<br />emphasis on foundation systems for roadways and buildings of all types, drainage system
<br />designs and other ground water issues, retaining structures, problem soil sites, slope stability
<br />evaluations, and deep foundation designs. Their Environmental Services Group acts
<br />independently in performing environmental services and in conjunction with our other
<br />departments in evaluating emerging environmental situations on sites under construction.
