All purchases under this Contract is subject to the County's User Access Program as specified in Article <br />40 of the Contract. <br />2. According to Section 2-1076 of the Code of Miami-Dade County, as amended by Ordinance No., 99.;e3, <br />Miami-Dade 90unty has established the Office of the Inspector General which may, on a random basis, <br />perform audits on aU County contracts, throughout the duration of said contracts, except as otherwise <br />indicated. The cost of the audit, if applicable, shall be one quarter (1/4) of one (1) percent of the total <br />contract amount and the cost shall be included in any proposed ,price. ' <br />3. All out-of-pocket expenses, inclUding employee travel, per diem, and miscellaneous costs and fees, are <br />included in the Contractor's price, as the County shall not reimburse them separately. <br />4. All prices are quoted F.O.B. Destination, freight allowed. All fuel shall remain property of the Contractor <br />until accepted and signed for by an authorized County representative. <br />5. Back ordered fuel shall not be invoiced until such backorders are delivered and accepted by an <br />authorized County representative. <br />6. Miami-Dade County is exempt from all sales and excise taxes (Federal, State, and Local). Tax Exemption, <br />Certificate furnished upon request. <br />7.
