The proposals <br />were opened on 12/21/2010 with five (5) responses. <br /> <br />The recommendation for award is based on the overall total summation of the unit price <br />schedule submitted by each vendor on a "per task" basis. The tasks include: <br /> <br />1. Plants <br />2. Equipment on an hourly basis <br />3. Materials (inclusive of topsoil, sod, sand, and mulch) <br />4. Park Maintenance <br />5. Right of Way Maintenance <br />6. Beach Access <br />7. Bus Shelters <br />8. Parking Lots <br />9. Government Facilities <br />10. Miscellaneous tasks <br /> <br />The grand totals submitted by each vendor for all tasks are estimates and were used to <br />determine the lowest value for all tasks as specified. Actual final monthly compensation to <br />the vendor will be limited to the unit price for pre-authorized work.
