<br />RFQ 07-07-01 <br />General Engineering Consultant <br /> <br />Addendum 4 <br /> <br />Q: Is there going to be a pre-proposal meeting (mandatory or not)? <br />A: No. <br /> <br />Q: In Section 1.6/ Submittal requirements does item #, #7 and #8 count as part of the <br />fifteen (15) page maximum of the Technical Proposal? <br />A: No. <br /> <br />Q: Do the Prime / Subs need to be registered with the City? <br />A: No. <br /> <br />Q: How many consultants will be selected? <br />A: More than one. <br /> <br />Q: Does the five (5) years experience criteria extend to the sub-consultants? <br />A: There should be no need to include subcontractors; we are only interested in <br />what services your firm can provide. <br /> <br />Q: What is the length of the contract going to be? <br />A: To be determined, but expect one year with renewable options. <br /> <br />Q: Will there be any building design and construction services required in the scope <br />of services? <br />A: We are asking you to tell us what types of services you can provide in- <br />house. We are not asking you to gather subs for a one-stop-SllOp.
