<br />. <br /> <br />investigate the consultants' qualifications or any of its agents, as it deems appropriate <br />conduct personal interviews of any or all prospective consultants prior to selection (the City <br />shall not be liable for any costs incurred by the consultant in connection with such interviews) <br />waive any of the conditions or criteria set forth in this RFQ <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />1.5 <br /> <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> <br />The City is soliciting professional engineering services for civil engineering related work which may <br />include, but not limited to, the tasks identified below: <br /> <br />. Survey <br />. Geotechnical <br />. Structural <br />. Environmental <br />. Traffic <br />. Landscape architecture <br />. Construction management <br />. Construction inspection <br />. Construction testing <br />. Electrical <br />. Hurricane recovery and debris monitoring services <br />. General design work <br />. Preparation of complete construction contract plans and special provisions for the assigned <br />projects <br />. Public involvement <br />. Post design services (shop drawing review and responses to Request for Information) <br />. Bid Administration (selection and letting) <br /> <br />1.6 SUBMITTAL REQUIREMENTS <br /> <br />All submittals by consultants shall contain no more than fifteen (15) pages. Any consultant wishing to <br />provide the services described in Section 1.5 must submit one (1) original and four (4) additional <br />complete copies that include, at a minimum, the following documentation: <br /> <br />1. Name, address and company, including, but not limited to, a business overview, financial state <br />of the business, annual revenue for past two years, and names and addresses of persons having <br />financial interest in the firm. <br /> <br />2. A list of all project (including government projects) completed or in process for the past five <br />years, and a corresponding list of client references with contact names and telephone numbers. <br /> <br />3. Proof of authorization to transact business in Florida from the Florida Secretary of State, from <br />the prime as well as supporting firms. <br /> <br />4. Appropriate current Federal 254 and 255 forms showing the firm data and supporting the firm's <br />ability to perform each category of work described. (Note: These forms will not be counted as <br />part of the fifteen (15) page maximum). <br />
