I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I STAFF EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS In addition to our standard project-specific reviews, our work procedures are continually reviewed and supervised. The depth of the Quality Control reviews will be sufficient to assure the project staffing is adequate in both quality and quantity and that proper direction has been provided. The QC reviews will assure that the team is complying with all City requirements and that the project documents reflect that compliance. Contract ManaQer Robert McSweeney, P.E., Vice President of the firm will serve as the Point of Contact, assuming responsibility for allocation of sufficient staffing resources and providing our corporate commitment to the City of Sunny Isles Beach to ensure responsive service and a work product that meets the highest professional standards. Mr. McSweeney has more than 17 years experience in land development, utilities, roadway engineering and construction. His work knowledge includes civil related engineering, planning, permitting, design and construction administration. Mr. McSweeney's broad background entails employment with civil and environmental engineering firms providing service to both public and private sector clients in Miami- Dade, Broward and Palm Beach Counties. His experience also involves FDOT Utility Coordination, FDOT construction administration and designlconsulting for the U.S. Air Force. Director of EnQineerinQ: Charles DaBrusco, P.E. will manage overseeing specific project design activities. As a Professional Engineer, he has 26-years of experience in municipal engineering and private sector residential project design and construction. His experience encompasses many areas such as general civil engineering services, design plan reviews, public works projects, inspections, roadway improvements, recreational facilities, safety improvements, drainage, paving and grading, utility infrastructure, permitting and construction administration. He has served as Senior Project Manager for a number of contracts and completed numerous projects for various agencies. He is currently providing Professional Engineering Plan Reviews and Constructability Assessments under an ongoing contract with the Seminole Tribe of Florida's Roads Department and the City of Deerfield Beach. Mr. DaBrusco's years of experience and his particular emphasis on community engineering and construction projects will provide the leadership necessary to provide the orderly execution of this contract. Senior Proiect Civil EnQineers Mark Castano and Traci Scheppske have been assigned the critical role of Senior Project Engineers. They have extensive technical knowledge in water distribution systems, stormwater management systems and sanitary sewer systems including sewer lift stations, gravity sewers and force mains, roadway design and permitting throughout South Florida. As Senior Project Engineers with over 30-years of experience in Civil Engineering projects between them, they will be responsible for all engineering design elements of the projects as well as providing supervision of the support staff. ~!iE~'3::!;;! consulting engineers
