Do you want this list <br />separate from the SF254 or can we include this information in the SF254? <br /> <br />A: It can be included in the 254. <br /> <br />Q: We are going to be submitting for more than one of the disciplines listed in <br />Section 1.5, do you want a separate submittal for each discipline or do you want <br />us to address all of the disciplines in one fifteen page submittal? <br /> <br />A: Please put everything in one fifteen page package.
