<br />Arnelio Alfonso, P.E., (A&P) - Senior Drainage Engineer - Mr. Alfonso has over 19
<br />years of experience on Design of Water Distribution and Sanitary Sewer and
<br />Stormwater Management Systems. Mr. Alfonso is currently in charge of the company's
<br />Water Resources Department, leading the Design of Storm Water Management Systems,
<br />Water Distribution and Sanitary Sewer. Mr. Alfonso also has experience in obtaining
<br />Environmental Permits associated with the proposed Stormwater Management Systems.
<br />Among his most relevant projects are: Sanitary Sewer Lift Station 101 (MDW ASD),
<br />Water Main along N.W.IN.E. l03rd Street, Miami Intermodal Center (MIC) Water and
<br />Sewer Improvements, NW 25th Street - 36-inch Force Main, NW 3ih Avenue/Transit Access Road -
<br />24-inch Force Main, Miami Intermodal Center (MIC) Drainage Master Plan, Miami International
<br />Airport Technical Assistance, SR-836 / N.W. 14th Street Drainage Pump Station, and the Bridge
<br />Hydraulic Analysis of the NW 12 Ave. bridge over the Miami River. He is currently a member of the
<br />Florida Engineering Society (FES), and the Cuban-American Association of Civil Engineers (C-AACE).

<br />Eduardo Martinez, P.E. (A&P) Senior Electrical Engineer - Mr. Martinez, as the
<br />Electrical Department Manager, has more than 25 years of experience in the Electrical
<br />Engineering field. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical
<br />Engineering in 1979 from the University of Havana and received his Florida
<br />Professional Electrical Engineering registration in 1997. During his professional career
<br />he has been involved in different Lift Station electrical design projects such as; North
<br />Beacon Lift Station with the design of two 60hp pumps for the City of Medley; as well
<br />as Lift Stations for Miami-Dade County, City of Miami, etc. His experience range in the
<br />Electrical/Lighting Design of Roadway, Lift Station Facilities, Commercial, Industrial,
<br />Health Care, Shopping Centers, Condominiums, etc. As part of his experience Mr. Martinez has worked
<br />as Designer of Record in projects such as: total New lighting for the SR-826/SR-836 Interchange, and
<br />the design of the Intelligent Traffic System for SR-l12 Toll Plaza. Mr. Martinez is a member of the
<br />"National Fire Protection Association". Mr. Martinez has vast experience in the selection, specification
<br />and testing of engine-generators. This included the engine, main fuel and day tanks, fuel transfer system,
<br />mufflers, electric generators, automatic transfer switch operations, electrical load tests and emergency
<br />shut down operations.

<br />Nelson V. Perez, P.E. (A&P) Principal of the Construction Engineering and Inspection
<br />Division - Mr. Perez has over 27 years of experience in construction engineering and
<br />management of major transportation projects including rapid transit, urban and rural
<br />roadway improvements, and complex bridge projects with the last 6 years in movable
<br />bridges. He has considerable experience (over 18 years) as a Construction Resident
<br />Engineer having led CEI efforts in FDOT Districts IV, VI, and Florida's Turnpike and
<br />now MDX. In addition to his construction experience, he has managed complex
<br />maintenance of traffic projects, and has held positions in quality control, traffic
<br />engineering, concrete pavement design and transportation planning.

<br />inspection and surveying. While working as a consultant for FDOT, Mr. Manso has held
<br />several positions ranging from Bridge and Roadway Inspector to Senior Construction
<br />Project Manager.
