(RS&H) is pleased to submit our qualifications package for this very <br />exciting and critical contract. The RS&H Team offers the City of Sunny Isles Beach the professional <br />engineering expertise and experience to accomplish the required scope of services for this contract. <br /> <br />Under the leadership of our accomplished Project Manager Raul H. Regis, PE, RS&H offers the City the <br />commitment and capacity to successfully complete the required contract in terms of technical quality, <br />production schedule, and financial resources.
