(NUTTING) is pleased to submit this Letter of Interest in response to <br />your Legal Advertisement for providing Professional General Engineering Services on an as-needed basis to the <br />CITY OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH (THE CITY). We are pleased to submit our qualifications for providing <br />Geotechnical Engineering, Construction Materials Testing/Monitoring, Special and Threshold Building Inspections, <br />and Environmental Services. <br /> <br />NUTTING is not your typical Geotechnical Engineering firm - we are a construction industry resource built on 40 <br />years of hard work, dedication, clientele recognition and loyalty. We have a history of efficiently meeting client <br />goals, budgets and timelines by providing our services to thousands of projects throughout Florida. Our four <br />decades of involvement in countless projects has given us the experience in local geologic conditions and <br />construction methods needed to deliver accurate results and recommendations to THE CITY in accordance with <br />local requirements and procedures. An extensive soils library and extensive equipment source supports this <br />experience and knowledge along with our highly trained and experienced engineering and field support team lead <br />by an involved leadership team.
