We have reviewed Sections 1.1 thru 1.7 of this RFQ and are confident Terracon has the essential combination of resources, ability and experience that is required to provide the City of Sunny Isles Beach with the highest level of geotechnical, construction inspection, construction testing, and environmental services it deserves.
