Planning, he participates in <br />programming, feasibility studies, site planning and other research <br />projects. As Principal-in-Charge of Public Projects for the firm, Mr. <br />Michelson has been responsible for overseeing the new construction, <br />renovation and additions to numerous public buildings and has provided <br />design services for numerous park facilities. <br /> <br />In conjunction with the firm's open ended contracts with Broward <br />County, Mr. Michelson has prepared studies for redevelopment, mixed <br />use, and low cost housing for projects such as the NW 27th Avenue <br />Corridor study in Fort Lauderdale. The master plan of Memorial <br />Regional Hospital in Hollywood has included more than a year's worth <br />of presentations, meetings, and design charrettes in an effort to <br />incorporate neighborhood concerns and buffers into its expansion <br />plans. <br /> <br />He has also worked with the Department of Management services and <br />archeologists for the protection of the Miami Circle and creation of its <br />long term development plans. <br /> <br />Mr. Michelson's diverse experience also includes the renovation, <br />remodeling, expansion to the Police Athletic League (PAL) facility in <br />Miramar, YMCA in Hollywood, and Boulevard Heights Community <br />Center in Hollywood. <br /> <br />KEY PROJECTS <br /> <br />City of Coral Springs, design and permitting for a variety of park <br />projects including additions, walkway and observation tower <br />renovations at North Community Park, Cypress Park, and Cypress <br />Hammock Park. <br /> <br />City of Lauderdale Lakes, phased renovation of administrative and <br />commissioner offices of City Hall, modernization of Public Works <br />administrative and planning offices, and design criteria for Westgate <br />Neighborhood Park and Cypress Conservation Park. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />-- <br />
