<br />with an understanding of governmental offices, historic buildings,
<br />county jails, state prisons, and law enforcement centers with speCific
<br />expertise in the planning, design, renovation and addition of facilities

<br />Our firm's current staff of 18 consists of Registered Architects & Interior
<br />Designers, LEED Accredited Professionals, Intern Architects and Technical
<br />Support staff, all whom will be available to support the design team if
<br />necessary to meet the owner's budget and schedule goals.

<br />Elements's management structure for this contract will include a principal of our firm that will be actively
<br />involved in your project from beginning to end. Nick Puglisi, AlA, Vice President of Elements, will serve as
<br />the Principal in Charge to the City, For this project he will be supported by the Project Architect, Lourdes
<br />Echemendia, RA; and Project Manager, William Fast, RA.

<br />Nick Puglisi, AlA, Vice President will be responsible for contract
<br />negotiations, resource allocation and ensuring project goals are
<br />met, He has 38 years of architecture and project management
<br />experience and has worked with numerous public agencies on
<br />the planning, design and construction of more than 25,000,000
<br />square feet of construction, Nick has a thorough understanding
<br />of "Continuing SeNices Contracts" having served as the PIC on
<br />the following: Miami Dade County Public Schools, Florida
<br />Department of Health - South Florida Catchment Area Contract,
<br />University of South Florida, City of Palm Beach Gardens, Bay Pines
<br />VA Hospital, and Florida Department of Juvenile Justice,

<br />Lourdes Echemendia, RA is responsible for the operations of
<br />Elements' Miami office and will serve as the Project Architect,
<br />She has experience in both public and private work throughout
<br />South Florida and has direct knowledge of building codes,
<br />permitting processes and procedures, As the Project Architect.
<br />Lourdes will serve as the point of contact to the City. She will
<br />be responsible for design, documentation and management,
<br />preparation of technical specifications and construction
<br />administration, Lourdes is currently working on several
<br />Continuing Contracts include Miami Dade County Schools,
<br />and Department of Heath,

<br />William Fast, RA is a registered architect with over 28 years of experience in educational, governmental,
<br />commercial, and healthcare projects, He has been involved in every phase of the design and construction
<br />process, from programming, design, construction documentation, and construction administration. Bill
<br />will oversee the design process and work with the Project Architect/Construction Administrator to ensure
<br />the design goals and objectives are achieved.
