<br /> Project Architect. The Miami Parking Authority is constructing a state-of-the-art multi-million dollar facility adjacent to the new
<br /> Federal Courthouse in downtown Miami. TimHaahs is currently serving as the prime designer, providing full architectural and
<br />a. parking design services for this significant new facility. TimHaahs designed the 700 space facility for a future horizontal
<br /> expansion that would add 300 additional parking spaces. This garage will house two retail spaces on the ground floor and
<br /> more than 20,000 square feet of office space, including the Miami Parking Authority's administrative offices. The Courthouse
<br /> Center Parking Plaza's striking architectural features, street "liners" on the second and third floor facades, and blue glass create
<br /> a pleasing aesthetic effect. The new facility will serve as the perfect complement to the courthouse to its north, complete with a
<br /> passive reflection park on the corner of North Miami Avenue and Northwest 3rd Street.

<br /> Project Manager and Architect. The Annapolis Town Centre at Parole is a mixed use development on 34 acres near the
<br />c. Chesapeake Bay town of Annapolis, Maryland. The Centre includes condominiums, restaurants, a grocery store, retail shops,
<br /> an entertainment complex, and structured parking to support the entire development. TimHaahs is currently designing two
<br /> freestanding parking structures with approximately 2200 spaces to support this vast redevelopment. One of the parking
<br /> structures incorporates retail frontage, adding to the complexity of the project. TimHaahs designed the garage facades to
<br /> complement and enhance the overall development theme created by the design architect, The Martin Architectural Group. The
<br /> facade suggests the appearance of smaller buildings built over time; this theme carries through the entire development.

<br /> Project Architect. In 2007 TimHaahs was retained by Valdosta State University to provide prime design services for two new
<br />d. parking structures on the university campus. The parking structures will be the first to be built on the campus. TimHaahs will
<br /> lead the design team in collaboration with Cooper Cary and local architect McCall & Associates, Inc. The two parking
<br /> structures, which will total 2,000 spaces will also include a variety of mixed-use space, One of the structures will include 10,000
<br /> square feet of new office space for the university's parking and recreation departments, The other structure will include over
<br /> 20,000 square feet of office space for auxiliary services and publiC safety. The primary goal for these structures is to
<br /> incorporate these uses into an efficient, user-friendly design.
