<br />Mr. Brown has 31 years of consulting engineering and management experience in North America and
<br />internationally. His technical specialties include geotechnical engineering, materials sciences and environmental
<br />engineering. He has a diverse professional background including geotechnical and environmental work for large oil
<br />companies in Canada, serving as technical manager for a Canada Standards Association (CSA) certified materials
<br />testing laboratory and was a principal and a board of director member for a 600-person, 12 branch office consulting
<br />engineering firm in Nova Scotia, Canada before joining Nodarse & Associates, Inc. Mr. Brown=s expertise includes
<br />geotechnical consulting for roadway construction and widening for the Florida Department of Transportation
<br />(FOOT), municipalities and counties. He has performed engineering services on numerous projects for the FOOT in
<br />Districts 4 and 6 and is thoroughly familiar with FOOT practices and procedures.
