BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT AND RELEVANCE TO THIS CONTRACT (Include scope, size. and cost) <br /> <br />The Miami Parking Authority is constructing a state-of-the-art multi-million dollar facility adjacent to the new Federal Courthouse in <br />downtown Miami. TimHaahs is currently serving as the prime designer, providing full architectural and parking design services for <br />this significant new facility. TimHaahs designed the 700 space facility for a future horizontal expansion that would add 300 <br />additional parking spaces. <br /> <br />This garage will house two retail spaces on the ground floor and more than 20,000 square feet of office space, including the Miami <br />Parking Authority's administrative offices. The Courthouse Center Parking Plaza's striking architectural features, street "liners" on <br />the second and third floor facades, and blue glass create a pleasing aesthetic effect.
