All of our designs emphasize quality control with all of the work we produce. Timothy Haahs, P.E., in the role of Advisory Principal and Quality Assurance, will not only be involved with the functional design of the facility, but will be responsible for all peer reviews and quality control reviews of our work during each design phase. Our approach to both cost and schedule control on each project rests on our commitment to quality throughout the life of a project. Our Quality Mission Statement: We, at TimHaahs, focus our attention on the quality processes and procedures in every task that we do - from beginning to completion - and all over again. We concentrate our efforts on customer satisfaction, To accomplish this, we strive to provide the best consultation, design and professional services that conform to client specifications and code requirements, In our pursuit for opportunities for improvement and innovation, we continuously review our work and performance through proper training, standard guidelines, and checklists. We further understand that quality, schedule, and cost control are essential in the entire design process, as well as the issuance of bidding/construction documents, TimHaahs as a firm is dedicated to quality in the design process for each and every project we undertake, We have a formal "Quality Implementation Process" that is strictly adhered to by each and every member of our firm, This process incorporated major milestones such as Peer Review, Planning and Budgeting, Advisory and Kickoff Meetings, as well as guidelines for ongoing communications during the project with each client and among team members. These procedures are integral to our success at maintaining and adhering to the project's schedule and budget. Effective cost and schedule control must start at the very beginning of each project. It cannot be achieved simply by peer review alone. At TimHaahs, quality is built in at every step, The Principal-in-Charge and the Chief Engineer actively engage in project planning and budgeting; advisory and kickoff meetings; end-of-phase and other milestone reviews; 100% complete review; pre- bid and pre-construction meetings; jobsite meetings and field administration; and lessons learned meetings. PROJECT MANAGEMENT AND COST CONTROL TimHaahs will provide managerial leadership to ensure that our work accomplishes the defined goals that will result in a high quality project. Our team appreciates each project's complexity, and budgetary and schedule constraints, and we will act in the best interests of the client to maintain the high standards for the project. We will maintain constant and close communication to ensure the project's success through the closeout and beyond. TimHaahs as the prime professional specializes in, directs, and manages parking related projects. TimHaahs brings a qualified, experienced team of professionals with the relevant experience to serve our clients. We dedicate ourselves to the City of Sunny Isles Beach from the project's development through completion and beyond. PROJECTED WORKLOAD TimHaahs' designers, engineers, and specialists are available to begin work on this project immediately. Each of our team members has the capacity to complete this critical project on schedule. The team members assigned to this project were selected based on their relevant experience as well as their availability for assignment to this project.
