Resolution No. 2006-943 was adopted by a voice vote of 5-0 in favor. 10C. A Resolution of the City Commission of the City of Sunny Isles Beach, Florida, Awarding Bid No. 06-05-01 to and Entering into an Agreement with International Business Machines (IBM) for a Wireless Island, in an Amount Not to Exceed $74,425.00, Attached Hereto as Exhibits "A" and "B", Respectively; Authorizing the Mayor to Execute Said Agreement; Authorizing the City Manager to Do All Things Necessary to Effectuate the Terms of the Agreement; Providing for an Effective Date.
