<br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />The Key job functions are: <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />MANAGING MEMBER <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />The management structure for SUNNY ISLES CRABHOUSE will include a reporting and <br />communications system that will be controlled, managed and directed by Managing Member Douglas <br />McAllister. He will be responsible for delivering the vision of SUNNY ISLES CRABHOUSE into a <br />profitable business venture. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />The Managing Member, in conjunction with General Manager and management staff, will be <br />responsible for all financial decisions, reporting, strategic planning, budgeting and capital <br />expenditures necessary to grow SUNNY ISLES CRABHOUSE into a successful business. The <br />Managing Member will also institute all policies and procedures for the efficient running of SUNNY <br />ISLES CRABHOUSE Entertainment in compliance with all laws, regulations and best business <br />practices. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />In additional to directing the day-to-day functions of SUNNY ISLES CRABHOUSE restaurant <br />oversight, the Managing Member will be responsible for the marketing direction of SUNNY ISLES <br />CRABHOUSE, including expansion and building the name and image. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />Areas of Managing Member rcsponsibility: <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />Financial <br />Responsible for administration including accounting, reporting, purchasing, management information <br />systems, budget controls and tracking performance versus objectives. Enforces the financial policies, <br />including allocation of assets, expenditures, and approval of expansion. Works closely with financial <br />Members to develop strategies. Recruits and trains administrative staff as required. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />Operations <br />Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Restaurant, including management <br />training, quality of product, marketing and promotions, repairs and maintenance. Recruits managers. <br />Plans rational organizational management for growth. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />Markctinl! <br />Responsible for the integrity and competitive positioning of the concept image. Responsible for <br />development of the media contacts and programming, and all SUNNY ISLES CRAB HOUSE <br />advertising, promotional materials, public relations and related programs aimed at establishing <br />awareness and increasing sales. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />Traininl! <br />Responsible for the implementation of the SUNNY ISLES CRABHOUSE training program by the <br />General Manager. Works closely with General Manager to develop effective training and operations <br />manuals and training programs. Oversees job specifications and training for management and lead <br />hourly positions.
