...

Section 10 References

Department of Marketing and Communications
The Continental Group, Inc.
2950 N. 28th Terrace
Hollywood, FL 33020

.t..u.
CONTINENTAL

Happir.e~s 11: 5e-r.ous 3usu"a~~!'

March 1,2011

To Whom It May Concern:

I have had the pleasure of working alongside Howard Miller since 2006, when I met him
while serving on the committee of the South Beach Wine and Food Festival. We worked
closely together and I was always in awe of his immense public relations sensibilities and
his sawy in dealing with the media. Howard impressed me with his abilities to be
consistently present and responsive at the meetings, afterhours, and whenever he was
needed - regardless of how many clients he served at the time. As a peer, it seemed to
me that Howard had the uncanny ability of making each client feel like they are the
most important one and that they have his firm's undivided attention. When I finally
became a client of Howard R. Miller Communications, I learned that the reason it
"seemed" to be that way is because it, in fact, was.

In 2010 I had the honor of accepting a position as the Vice President of Marketing and
Communications for The Continental Group, a subsidiary of FirstService Corporation. Our
company was under contract with a different public relations firm while we were in the
review process of over a dozen advertising agencies. It was through this circumstance
that Howard and I reconnected. Howard presented our executive team with a stellar
and on-target proposal that spoke to the needs of our company. Within 4 weeks of
Howard's presentation, our team decided to terminate our relationship with our other PR
Agency, and bring on HRMC as our full service agency.

Having now worked with HRMC for the past 4 months, I can attest to the fact that they
are not only able to support their client properly, but that their learning curve and ramp-
up times are incomparable to other firms that I have worked with. We have made great
strides in the short time that Howard and his team have serviced The Continental Group
and we are honored to be working with them and to be represented by them.

I write this letter without hesitation to recommend both Howard Miller (the individual) and
Howard R. Miller Communications to your organization. I am happy to answer any
specific questions you may have and I welcome you to contact me, should you desire to
do so. You can reach me directly at 954-378-1086 or by email at
styqielski@thecontinentalqroupinc.com.

Regards,

Shelly Tygielski
Vice President of Marketing and Communications

Page 35 of 44 Bd No 11-02-02
