REST ROOM CLEANING: <br /> <br />SMG will assign teams exclusively for rest room cleaning. For all rest rooms one person <br />on each team will be assigned to sweeping/vacuuming, one for cleaning fixtures (e.g., <br />toilets, sinks, urinals, etc...) and the third for re-stocking and miscellaneous tasks. Each <br />person will be responsible for performing a quality check after they have done their task in <br />a certain area. SMG will complete all work within allowed time frames. <br /> <br />6. RECYCLING: <br /> <br />SMG has provided for dedicated staff to perform all Recycling requirements of this <br />contract. The only tasks to be performed by these personnel is emptying recycling <br />containers and transporting the recyclables to the central collection area. <br /> <br />7. WINDOW AND BLIND CLEANING: <br /> <br />SMG will perform all services required by this contract with in-house personnel. We have <br />the capability and experience to perform window cleaning and blind cleaning. Interior <br />window and blinds will be cleaned as per contract by regular SMG staff. Exterior windows <br />will be cleaned by an experienced team of project work personnel assigned to this <br />contract. Cleaning performed in the months of September, December, March and June. <br /> <br />8. LIGHT FIXTURE CLEANING: <br /> <br />SMG will perform all services required by this contract with in-house personnel. All light <br />fixtures will be cleaned on an as requested by regular SMG staff. All light fixture cleaning <br />will be completed in a timely manner/as required by this contract. <br /> <br />9. SPECIAL CLEANING: <br /> <br />SMG will provide the personnel to perform special cleaning on an as needed/as ordered <br />basis. We will be able to respond to any increase in the need for our services in a timely <br />manner. All special cleaning will be coordinated with the Contract Manager. <br /> <br />6 <br />
