He brought with him <br />his Honorable Military Leadership and over 10 years of Corporate Management <br />experience from a top 100 rated customer-oriented company. His strengths are in <br />Customer Service, Logistical Implementation and Risk Management, to include a <br />background in Human Resources. <br /> <br />Role: Mr. Martinez's is responsible for every aspect of the company's success in maintaining <br />and surpassing levels of performance and customer's expectations. He will manage all <br />aspects of the logistical transition of properties and implement the Stockton <br />Maintenance Culture to newly hired employees.
