All employees must be in Khaki pants and company shirt at all times. <br />2. Clothing must be acceptable in appearance, no holes or tears. <br />3. No sandals, open-toed shoes, or leather-soled footwear. Rubber-soled footwear is required. <br />4. Company T-shirts must be worn at all times, unless you are told otherwise. <br />5. Appearance should be neat and clean. <br />6. NEVER bring pets, children, friends, or relatives to work with you. <br />ADDITIONAL RULES <br />1. You must clock in and out using TEAM 800-635-7830 and your personal number. <br />2. If you can not be at work due to an emergency, you must call the office immediately. <br />3. If you need time off for a family function, Dr. appointment, etc., you should let the office know at <br />least 3 days in advance of the day you will need off. <br />4. At no time will you allow anyone into an account who is not working with you. <br />5. At no time will you use any equipment at the job site that does not belong to the cleaning <br />company (unless otherwise notified). <br />6. You will use only the designated phone, to call the office or your home or for an emergency <br />situation. <br />7. If you are asked to wear an ID badge, you will do so willingly. <br />8. You will be on time to work unless approved by the office in advance. <br />9. Smoking will not be permitted while working, only on a break in a designated area or off the job <br />site. <br />10. The utmost courtesy will be extended to customers and fellow employees at all times. <br />11. Harassment and discrimination will not be tolerated at any time. If you have such an incident, <br />you are to report it immediately. <br />12. Any injuries on the job are to be reported to your supervisor or this office immediately. <br />13.
