B.A. from New Yark University in Business and Finance. <br /> <br />Neal Berman, Vice President & Chief Operating Officer <br /> <br />Mr. Berman is an owner and serves as the company's Chief Operating officer since 1998; <br />he oversees the overall day-to-day administrative and financial operations of the <br />company and serves as the corporate liaison with Service Keeper's clients to ensure that <br />it is in compliance with contractual obligations and reports. <br /> <br />Mr. Berman maintains professional memberships in BSCAI - Building Service <br />Contractor's Association International and IICRC - Institute oflnspection, Cleaning, and <br />Restoration Certification (Stone and Hard Floor Technician). <br /> <br />Mr. Neal Berman has a B.A. in Religion from the University of Florida (Gainesville, FL). <br /> <br />Pamela Skalet, Vice President of Operations <br /> <br />Pamela Skalet is an owner of the company and the company's Vice-President of <br />operations since 1996, oversees the overall day-to-day financial operations of the <br />company including accounts payable, accounts receivables, invoicing, account <br />reconciliation and budgeting. <br /> <br />Ms. Skalet maintains professional memberships in the Building Service Contactors <br />Association Inc., ISSA- Interclean, and the U.S. Green Building Council. <br /> <br />Ms. Skalet has a B.A. degree from the School of Hospitality Management from the <br />Florida International University (Miami, FL). <br /> <br />Jose A. Arroyo, Director of Operations and Business Development <br /> <br />Mr. Arroyo joined Service Keepers as Director of Operations and Business Development <br />after 19 years of service with national, state and local commercial janitorial companies. <br />He is experienced in delivering building janitorial services to institutional, commercial, <br />industrial, medical institutions and laboratories. He has experience in developing plans <br />and procedures far regulatory compliance, FDA, EP A and OSHA regulations; as well as, <br />infectious waste and recycled materials management. <br /> <br />Mr. Arroyo has an A.A.S. degree in General Business Management from the Borough of <br />Manhattan Community (New York, NY). <br />
