<br />Carpet Shampooing - Shampoo carpet to remove carpet stains, and use attachments to reach comers which are <br />inaccessible to the equipment with manual scrubbing tools. <br /> <br />Machine scrub floor - Use machine scrubber with degreaser to remove soil and stain from surface such as <br />concrete, grouted tile, and other rough floors. Also use wet/dry tank vacuums to pick up scrubbing solution to <br />reduce slip and fall. <br /> <br />Recondition finished floors - Remove soil, scratches, scuff marks and top layers of floor finish from non-carpet <br />floors. After top layer of floor finish has been removed, we shall use a mop to apply at least two (2) coats of <br />floor finish to non-carpeted floor <br /> <br />Steam/Pressure clean exterior - Use a high pressure sprayer/washer to remove soil, litter, grease, oil, gum, etc, <br />from concrete floors walls, adjacent surfaces, building surfaces and stairwells. <br /> <br />Strip & Refinish floor - Completely remove all non-permanent floor finish and sealer from resilient tile, <br />furniture, and partition. After floor finish has been removed, we shall use a mop to apply at least two (2) coats <br />of floor seals and three (3) coats of floor finish to resilient tile. <br /> <br />Terrazzo floors- <br />Daily <br /> <br />1. Dust mop floor <br />2. Spot mop when needed <br />3. Scrub all floors nightly with neutral cleaner <br />4. Vacuum entrance/ exit mats <br />5. Buff floors with diamond pad and high speed machine <br />6. Remove all black marks and scuff marks from carts <br /> <br />Weekly <br /> <br />A. Crystallize high traffic areas <br />1. ALL Escalators <br />2. Elevators <br />3. Restroom entrances <br />4. Door entrance <br />5. Security areas <br /> <br />Monthly <br /> <br />A. Machine scrub restroom <br /> <br />Annual <br /> <br />A. Regrind floors to remove scratches and wear patterns to restore floors to a natural high <br />gloss. <br /> <br />Terrazzo Restoration - <br /> <br />1. Sweep and dust mop around columns, along edges. <br />2. Wet mop and or machine scrub entire floor, <br />3. Remove all cleaning solutions, free of debris and streaks <br />4.
