<br />Airports, Corporate, Government, Libraries, Private Offices, Schools and, Town Halls <br /> <br />Scope of Work - We furnish all labor, equipment, tools, services and supervision to perform and maintain all <br />work in a neat and clean condition. <br /> <br />1. Daily Services tasks <br /> <br />All cleaning and maintenance functions will be performed in accordance with the <br />contract agreement in the following categories: <br /> <br />A. General and private offices <br />1. Dust all desk tops <br />(NOTE: no items will be moved or removed unless we directed to do so). <br />2. Chairs - clean chair handles, vacuum seats, dust chairs bases. <br />3. Empty waste baskets and ash trays, replace plastic liners. <br />4. Vacuum all carpeting and upholstery. <br />5. Spot clean small carpet and upholstery stains. <br />6. Dust and disinfect telephones and calculators. <br />7. Light dust all computers. <br /> <br />B. Restrooms <br />1. Floors - mop and disinfect. <br />2. Replenish consumable supplies (hand soap, paper towels, toilet tissues, etc). <br />3. All exposed surfaced - washed and disinfected (sinks, toilets, mirrors, counter <br />tops, cabinets, cubicle doors and walls, tissue and soap dispensers, etc.). <br /> <br />C. Conference and meeting rooms <br />1. Dust all furniture, including conference tables, displays (if approved), A V <br />equipment (if approved), chairs, serving buffets, etc. <br />2. Polish conference room tables and other furniture. <br />3. Clean coffee serving area <br />a. Clean counters, wipe microwave, clean ash trays, and tables. <br />4. Clean Projection Room - empty trash cans, general dusting <br />(NOTE: Materials and/or equipment will not be moved). <br />5. Mop tile or linoleum floors. <br />6. Vacuum carpeted floors areas <br /> <br />D. Lunch or break rooms <br />1. Clean counters, tables, and sinks. <br />2. Wipe outside surfaces of appliance such as microwave ovens, refrigerator, toaster, <br />etc. (NOTE: Interior of microwave ovens, refrigerators, etc. can be cleaned on <br />request. Pots, pans, and dishes will not be washed). <br />3. Empty and clean trash cans, replace plastic liners. <br />4. Mop tile floors. <br />5. Vacuum carpeted areas. <br /> <br />E. Elevators <br />1. Mop tile or linoleum floor. <br />2. Polish control panels, handrails, and other metal surfaces. <br />3. Vacuum carpets floors around elevator (if applicable) <br /> <br />8 <br />
