<br />... <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2011- ~ <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />SUNNY ISLES BEACH, FLORIDA, APPROVING THE <br />PURCHASE OF TWO (2) "LUKE" MASTER METERS FROM <br />PARKER SYSTEMS TO BE PLACED IN THE PARKING <br />GARAGE AT HERITAGE PARK, IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO <br />EXCEED NINETEEN THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED SEVENTY- <br />TWO DOLLARS AND EIGHTY CENTS ($19,772.80); <br />AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO DO ALL THINGS <br />NECESSARY TO EFFECTUATE THIS RESOLUTION; <br />PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Sunny Isles Beach needs to purchase two (2) master meters to <br />place in the parking garage of Heritage Park; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Parker Systems had the lowest responsive responsible quote, and was <br />willing and able to provide the desired services; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Parker Systems submitted a proposal to the City to provide Two (2) "Luke" <br />Master Meters to be placed in the parking garage at Heritage Park, in an amount not to exceed <br />Nineteen Thousand Seven Hundred Seventy-Two Dollars and Eighty Cents ($19,772.80). <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE <br />CITY OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Approval of Purchase. The City Commission hereby approves the purchase of two <br />(2) "Luke" Master Meters from Parker Systems, in an amount not to exceed Nineteen Thousand <br />Seven Hundred Seventy-Two Dollars and Eighty Cents ($19,772.80), to be placed in the parking <br />garage at Heritage Park. <br /> <br />Section 2. Authorization of City Manager. The City Manager is hereby authorized to do all <br />things necessary to effectuate this Resolution <br /> <br />Section 3. <br /> <br />Effective Date.
