During our association, we have <br />had the opportunity to better understand the disaster response industry and how it relates to the <br />financial needs that AshBritt may require from their financial institutIon. To date, Bank of America <br />has been able to expedite numerous requests for Ash Britt to meet their immediate financial needs <br />and we anticipate a similar level of service for future requests. <br /> <br />Based on their past credit needs, we extended Ash Britt a $20,000,000 line of credit. This line <br />was paid satisfactorily. Currently, this line of credit is paid off and closed. Although cash flow <br />concerns have never been an Issue for AshBritt, Bank of America understands that the funding of <br />major projects may have a temporary impact on the firm's cash flow. Bank of America is <br />prepared to provide short term funding as quickly as possible If the need for additional funds <br />should arise.
