<br />coordinating client proposals. Matt also serves as a Project and Operations manager. He successfully assisted in
<br />managing the recovery efforts in Orange County and Orlando, Florida in 2004, and he served as the Operations
<br />Manager for both Lamar County and Forrest County, MS, overseeing the collection and disposal of over 4 million
<br />cubic yards of disaster and approximately 4,000 right-of-entries. Matt holds a BA from Syracuse University, New
<br />York, in economics and finance with a concentration in professional management.

<br />Tim Mooney - Sr. Marketing Coordinator. Tim Mooney has had over 15 years of customer service, project
<br />management, logistics and transportation experience. Tim serves as the Senior Marketing Coordinator, assisting with
<br />market research, preparing proposals, client relationships and technical assistance. Tim also serves as AshBritt's
<br />local subcontractor, MBE, WBE and DBE liaison. Tim has also has a great deal of disaster recovery field experience,
<br />as he has managed several key projects in South Florida for AshBritt since 2004, including the assisting in the
<br />recovery efforts in Charlotte County in 2004 and managing projects for the County of Cooper County, County of
<br />Sunrise, Town of Dania Beach and County of Plantation.

<br />Matt Gierden - Business Development/Project Manager. Matt has been with AshBritt for five years on a full-time basis
<br />primarily conducting project management tasks. Matt's experience has elevated him to our technical
<br />assistance/marketing department as he has served on more than 20 federally declared disasters.
<br />
<br />Adrian Parker - Government Relations Director. Adrian Parker received his Bachelor's degree in Business
<br />Administration from the University of Mississippi with majors in banking and managerial finance. As AshBritt's
<br />Government Relations Director, he has managed and coordinated consultant affairs nationwide, as well as
<br />coordinated fundraising events, both charitable and political. His roles have included: Subcontractor coordination for
<br />potential fire debris removal in San Diego, CA, promoting AshBritt's efforts for Bark Beetle Remediation in
<br />Colorado, and promoting AshBritt's Emerald Ash Borer Beetle Program in Michigan. He is currently, with Rob Ray,
<br />overseeing the marketing efforts and client preparedness in both Texas and the Florida Panhandle.

<br />John M Congemi - Director of Community Affairs. John Congemi is a CAS graduate of Communications from the
<br />University of Pittsburgh. John joined the AshBritt team in 2007, with the responsibility of branding the AshBritt
<br />name in local communities, counties, and states throughout the country. John's primary focus will be in the areas of
<br />community relations, supporting Client charitable events, and organizing and managing events beneficial to the local
<br />community. You may also see John on Saturday afternoons in the fall, handling his duties as a color analyst for ABC
<br />and ESPN College Football.

<br />Randi E. Milner - Marketing Coordinator. Randi Milner is a B.A. graduate of Public Communication from Florida
<br />Atlantic University with a minor in business. Randi joined AshBritt's Marketing Department in 2005 and has
<br />prepared proposals, market analysis and project quality control via client relations. Randi's primary responsibility is
<br />marketing, but she also provides technical assistance & client quality control for AshBritt's clients.

<br />Fred Neris - Project Manager. Fred Neris is the owner of Dorado Services a 100% Hispanic-Owned, Certified 8(a) and
<br />HUB Zone Corporation capable of providing contracted services for Waste Management, Demolition, Land
<br />Management, Disaster Recovery, General Contracting, Facilities Maintenance, and Environmental Engineering. Mr.
<br />Neris is a Florida Registered Professional Engineer. He is licensed as an Environmental Engineer with over 17 years
<br />of experience in this field. This professional certification is indicative of his dedication to excellence and professional
<br />service. Fred has served as a project manager on several AshBritt recoveries, including Orange County and Orlando,
<br />Florida in 2004 and in George County and Jackson County, MS for our Katrina Recovery mission. He holds a
<br />Bachelor of Science in Environmental Engineering which he received from the University of Central Florida in 1991.

<br />James "Buddy" Lofton - Compliance Manager. After serving the U.S Army Corps of Engineers for over 32 years,
<br />Buddy retired in June 2005 as Emergency Management Specialist (EMS) for the Vicksburg District. He was the point
<br />person for all natural disasters including hurricanes, tornados, floods, snow storms, and droughts. Along with
<br />personally responding to these disasters he also attended formal training, in debris management, project management,
<br />safety, construction management, disaster management, quality control, cost estimating, and project funding.
<br />Additionally he designed and conducted a variety of exercise scenarios testing projects and its personnel in the
<br />response and recovery from a natural or national disaster. Mr. Lofton was an indispensible resource during Ash Britt's
<br />recovery mission in Mississippi in 2005, and he now serves as an important consultant and project compliance
<br />manager for us.
