<br />Purpose. The function of this Initial Mobilization/Response Plan Template is to provide a general timeline and direction, guidance and reference for the critical actions
<br />and requirements of our disaster response mobilization. The Plan represents a general guidline of the "muster" and mobilization actions that occur in response to a
<br />C-edictable" event.
<br />!idance. The guidance for this Initial Mobilization/Response Plan is consistent with the excigency to respond to an adverse emergency situation. It details the
<br />specific assignments for Ash Britt management and other response personnel as it relates to the recovery effort.
<br />Assumptions. It is assumed that all contracted work or special taskings will be issued by the City OM. It is also assumed that the obligations of key City and/or federal
<br />agencies will be carried out as per the City Debris Management Plan and/or the Stafford Act. Furthermore, it is assumed that this mobilization plan does not include
<br />actions reserved for or conducted by any unit of government.
<br />Range. The Initial Mobilization/Response Plan incorporates those projected activities from a period three days prior to landfall until deployment and activation of
<br />debris collection crews to the City five days from the event.

<br />within the City.
