<br />We are pleased to submit the enclosed proposal statement, made without collusion, for the City of
<br />Sunny Isles Beach Request for Bid Emergency Clearing and Removal Operations RFP No. 08-07-
<br />01. Ceres is an experienced disaster recovery and government contracting firm, capable of providing
<br />personnel, equipment and resources to rapidly and efficiently respond to a disaster recovery event. Our
<br />services include debris removal and segregation, debris reduction and site management, and the
<br />collection/generation of FEMA-required project documentation.
<br />
<br />We are confident that, if Ceres is selected for an event response based on the submitted qualification
<br />package, you will find our services to be exemplary. We have a long list of very satisfied clients and would
<br />be pleased to serve your community, should the need arise, and expect you would also join that list of

<br />Permanent offices for Ceres Environmental Services, Inc. are located at: 5590 Broadcast Court,
<br />Sarasota, FL; 7711 N. Military Trail, Palm Beach Gardens, FL; 1613 Foxworth Road, Bonifay, FL;3825

<br />Puerto Rico; and Antelope Road and Ethanac Road, Romoland, CA. Additionally, Ceres has a field office

<br />size of the staff varies with the projects, but currently the full time staff consists of 47 people. Key
<br />individuals that would be assigned to this contract are expected to include: David Mcintyre, President in
<br />an oversight capacity, John Ulschmid, Vice President, in a managerial capacity, David Preus, Project
<br />Manager, in a managerial capacity, Gail Hanscom, Project Manager, in a support capacity, Timothy
<br />Berkhimer, Project Manager, in a support capacity, Paul Wise, Project Superintendent, in a field
<br />managerial capacity, and others depending on the severity and size of the event. Biographical
<br />descriptions follow elsewhere in this proposal. David A. Mcintyre, President operates from the office at
<br />5590 Broadcast Court, Sarasota, FL office; John Ulschmid, Vice President is located at 948 Cambridge
<br />Drive, LaPlace, LA; and Steve Johnson, Corporate Secretary is located at 3825 85th Avenue North,

<br />In order to further describe our history, our accomplishments and qualifications include:

<br />· Exemplary Performance on over $700 million dollars of Emergency Debris Management contracts
<br />awarded by various government agencies within the past 16 years and over 68 contracts. Founded
<br />in 1977, Ceres has provided emergency management and other services for 30 years to
<br />government entities including the United States Government and various states, counties and
<br />municipalities throughout the U.S. and its possessions overseas.
<br />· Performed simultaneously Hurricanes Katrina, Rita, and Wilma recovery operations in three states
<br />throughout 44 counties and parishes.
