Ceres removed <br />fallen trees, limbs, and branches from rights-of-way alongside Smithfield streets and highways. The debris was loaded and <br />hauled to a Temporary Disposal Staging and Reduction Site where Ceres reduced the debris through air curtain incineration <br />and tub grinding. Ceres hauled the resulting ash and wood chips to a permitted disposal site.
