As you know, the <br />City of Waterloo suffered a SOO-year flood event in June 2008. After the flood waters <br />receded, the City of Waterloo put forth a contract for debris removal. <br /> <br />As I had never dealt with a contract like this before, I was very nervous when an out-of- <br />town contractor, Ceres Environmental, submitted the low bid. Ceres provided all of the <br />necessary paperwork with their bid, even the paperwork that was not required at the <br />time of the bid. This paperwork would have been required after the bid, opening but <br />Ceres provided it with their bid in order to speed up the review and approval process. <br /> <br />Having spent three weeks working with you and your crews, I am very pleased that <br />Ceres received the contract. Anything that I ever asked, you provided, cleaned up or <br />took care of.
