Although our village is small, <br />especially relative to Joplin, nevertheless you were very responsive from the <br />beginning from our dive through Leawood to completing the pick-up of the <br />debris from our December ice stonn. <br /> <br />I was particularly impressed with: <br />1. The trimming of the "hangers". <br />2. How great the areas looked after the debris was picked-up as there <br />was little evidence that debris was even there. <br />3. Meeting the time schedule that was established. <br />4. Quick reaction to a few areas, where debris wasn't picked up. This <br />was mainly due to the fragmented layout of our village. <br />S.
