<br />- <br /> <br />September 26, 2007 <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />To Whom It May Concern: <br /> <br />We are pleased to submit this letter of reference for Crowder-Gulf Joint Venture for the work completed for the City <br />of Biloxi, Mississippi. <br /> <br />In August, Hurricane Katrina made landfall on the Mississippi coast. Crowder-Gulf responded quickly to aid the city in <br />it's' disaster recovery efforts. The Company then completed a debris removal and reduction project for the City, <br />including the operation and management of a TDSRS site that reduced approximately 1 million cubic yards of debris in <br />a timely manner.
