<br />o <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />Quality Control Plan <br /> <br />One prime concern for Crowder is the quality of work performed under its name. Because the company has a <br />long-standing reputation of excellent work, quality control is an integral part of any project Crowder <br />undertakes. <br /> <br />The quality of our preliminary plans will be reassessed yearly. At this time, any potential issues will be <br />addressed and any corrections or updates (in order to conform to changing FEMA, state, and local regulations). <br />At yearly pre-planning meetings with CITY OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH, any questions or concerns about the <br />quality of Crowder's performance can be addressed. Crowder will make its personnel available to our client <br />to answer any questions that may arise year round. <br /> <br />Upon recelvmg a Notice to Proceed from our client, Crowder will institute the following quality control <br />checks, administered by the Safety/Quality Control Manager: <br /> <br /> Reporting <br /> Description Frequency <br /> Officers <br /> Safety <br />Surprise Conduct weekly inspections of the TDSR site(s) Safety/Quality Control Weekly <br />Inspections and debris removal crews to examine adherence Manager <br />to Safety Policy <br />TDSRS Daily inspection Day Foreman Daily <br />Debris Field Project Manager <br />Removal Daily inspection Crew Foremen Daily <br /> Perfonnance <br /> Examine the procedures of the reduction site(s). Debris Reduction Manager Weekly <br />TDSRS Ensure proper sorting and storage of materials <br /> as well as reduction efforts <br />Debris Examine efforts of debris crews and their Field Project Manager Weekly <br />progress. Address any potential issues and <br />Removal adherence to "clean as you go" strategy. <br /> Field Project Manager <br />Subcontractor Examine and discuss subcontractor Safety/Quality Control Weekly <br />Performance performance and possible problems/solutions Manager <br /> Superintendent <br /> Condition of Equipment <br /> <br />52 I P age <br />
