He incorporated the business in 1973. Mr. Crowder has developed a <br />financially solid company that now employs over 200 people on a full time basis. Crowder is the <br />leader in excavating and land clearing in Tallahassee. It also operates two sand mines and has a <br />very successful roll-off division. Mr. Crowder developed this company through working very <br />long and difficult hours, and through the determination that he will make each and every job a <br />success. Mr. Crowder currently Chairs the Board of Jimmie Crowder Excavating & land <br />Clearing Inc. <br /> <br />Tina L. Crowder-President <br /> <br />For over twenty-one years, Ms. Crowder has been an important managerial presence at <br />Crowder. As President of the company, Ms. Crowder oversees the company's diverse array of <br />business endeavors, monitoring and evaluating their organization, operation, and success. Her <br />previous experience as Accounts Payable Manager, Corporate Secretary, and Office Manager of <br />the company gives her unique and detailed knowledge of the company's functions on many <br />levels. Through her varied duties and experience, Ms. Crowder ensures the success and <br />smooth operation of the company. <br /> <br />Jason Crowder-Vice-President <br /> <br />Mr. Crowder also grew up in this business, allowing him the opportunity to become diverse in <br />all aspects of its inner workings. He is continuously involved in daily operations as well.
