<br /> <br />Sun Recycling LLC <br />3251 SW 26 Terrace <br />Dania Beach, FL 33312 <br />Ph 954 583-6455 Fax 954 583-6455 <br /> <br />Sun Recycling is a State of Florida registered Limited Liability Company filing on Jan.26, 2000; with <br />our corporate offices located at 790 Hillbrath Drive, Lantana, Fl. 33462; the principals are Anthony <br />Lomangino, Charles Lomangino, Charles Gusmano and Philip T. Medico Jr., the individual who will <br />be responsible for the City Account. <br /> <br />Mr. Philip T. Medico Jr. will be the team leader and will coordinate the collection, transportation of <br />the hurricane debris to Sun Recycling Facility, SUN III, a fully permitted and licensed Material <br />Recovery facility that is licensed by the Florida Department of Environmental Protection and the <br />Broward County Department of Environmental Protection. (See Sun III permit attached hereto and <br />made part hereof). <br /> <br />Philip T. Medico Jr. received his Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Miami, <br />thereafter received his Juris Doctor from Howard University School of Law in 1980. Mr. Medico <br />practiced environmental law and litigation in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Mr. Medico has <br />over 26 years of experience in environmental regulation and use permitting. Presently Mr. Medico is <br />Vice President of Sun Recycling / Southern Waste Systems, the largest privately owned and operated <br />Construction and Demolition Debris processor and recycler in the State of Florida. Mr. Medico has <br />served Dade, Broward and Palm Beach in post disaster recovery services since 1992. <br /> <br />Larry Calhoun, Manager, Sun Recycling III has 25 years of experience in operating and maintaining <br />material recovery facility in Dania Beach and oversees all 9 C & D facilities located throughout Dade, <br />Broward, and Palm Beach Counties. (See copy of certification attached) <br /> <br />Frank Bermudez is directly responsible for Environmental Compliance and all Health & Safety <br />requirements for all nine (9) facilities located throughout Dade, Broward and Palm Beach Counties. <br />Mr. Bermudez has extensive experience coordinating collection, transportation of hurricane debris to <br />all of our facilities; as well as performing inspections, monitoring compliance with permit conditions <br />and the general health safety and welfare of the disaster recovery efforts. <br /> <br />Attached hereto is a Dunn & Bradstreet report detailing Sun Recycling net worth as evidence of <br />financial resources (See attached). Also provided is our certificate of insurance outlining our <br />insurance company and coverage. <br /> <br />1 <br />
