operate as many sites as are required. The cost of management and operation of such debris reduction sites to accept, process, reduce, and/or incinerate product will be $5.25 per cubic yard. The cost associated with loading and transportation of debris to a final disposal site will be as follows: Up to a 5 Mile One Way Haul: 6-10 Miles One Way Haul: $10.00 per cubic yard $12.50 per cubic yard The cost associated with landfill disposal fees will be a pass-through cost, with Sun Recycling invoicing the CITY OF Sunny Is les at actual cost, without any additional fees. All site preparation, to include but not limited to any site work and materials necessary to build and maintain roads for ingress or egress, or any roads throughout the site; the construction of a roofed inspection tower sufficiently erected to accornmodate a minimum ofthree (3) inspectors; any environmental requirements to include but not limited to wind-born debris control fencing, silt fencing, or water retention berms; the construction of an area for use by an office trailer and associated parking; and any other items necessary for site operations and management shall be negotiated upon issuance of a Notice-to Proceed. . DEMOLITION REMOVAL OF CONDEMNED STRUCTURES AND BUILDINGS THAT POSE A THREAT TO THE PUBLIC SAFETY RESULTING FROM THE DISASTER Should an imminent threat to life, safety and health to the general public be present on private property or publicly owned property, Sun Recycling, as identified by and directed by the CITY OF Sunny Isles , will accomplish the demolition of structures and the removal and relocation of debris to the public rights-of-way. This service shall commence upon receiptby Sun Recycling from the CITY OF Sunny Isles the completed and executed right of entry forms, hold harmless agreements, the non-duplication of benefits agreements, an Address Specific Task Order, and the physical marking of each structure by the CITY OF.. Sunny Isles . Sun Recycling will place all debris collected through this process in the public rights-of-way, where the above scope of services (Debris Removal from Public Rights-of Way) shall commence. 5
